⚖️ Community Rules
The court has standards. Read them.
The short version
Real drama, fake court. Entertain us. Don't harm people. Don't post anyone's personal info. Either party can delete their case anytime. The internet decides, not us.
✅ What's Allowed
- Real disputes between real people — who left the dishes, who owes who money, who was actually wrong in the argument
- Hypothetical or fictional scenarios submitted for fun
- Pop culture debates, moral dilemmas, "AITA"-style situations
- Submitting cases about public figures' public actions (but not about their private lives)
- Being entertaining. The more compelling the case, the better the verdict.
🚫 What's Not Allowed
- Doxxing — do not post anyone's phone number, address, workplace, social media handles, or any personal identifying information beyond a first name or username
- Targeted harassment — you may not file a case designed to harass, intimidate, or coordinate a campaign against a specific individual
- Hate speech — no slurs, no content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Illegal content — nothing depicting, referencing, or promoting illegal activity, non-consensual imagery, or content involving minors
- Self-harm — do not include content depicting or encouraging self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
- Impersonation — do not impersonate celebrities, public figures, or other users
- Spam and advertising — no promotional cases, no affiliate links, no spam comments
- False accusations designed to damage reputation — filing a case with knowingly false statements about a real, named person to damage their reputation may constitute defamation. You are legally responsible for the content you submit.
🗳️ Voting Rules
- One vote per case per IP address. That's it.
- No VPNs, proxies, or scripts to vote multiple times
- No coordinating with others to brigade votes on a case
- Votes are permanent — choose carefully
💬 Comment Rules
- Comment on the case, not the people
- No threats, slurs, or personal attacks against the parties
- No sharing personal information about anyone in comments
- Comments can be reported; repeated violations will result in account suspension
🗑️ Deleting Your Case
Either party (plaintiff or defendant) can delete/seal their case at any time. Sealing removes it from public view immediately. We may retain it internally. If you filed a case against someone and they want it removed, please honor that.
🚩 Reporting
See something that violates these rules? Use the 🚩 Report button on any case. Reports go to our moderation queue. We review every report and take action within 48 hours for serious violations.

⚠️ Consequences
- Content removal — violating content is removed without notice
- Account suspension — repeated violations result in account suspension
- Permanent ban — severe violations (illegal content, doxxing, targeted harassment campaigns) result in permanent bans and IP blocks
- Legal referral — content that may constitute criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities
📋 How Long We Keep Content
Active cases: indefinitely (public record). Sealed cases: hidden from public but may be retained internally. Deleted accounts: content is anonymized, not deleted, unless you specifically request case removal.
