Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2026
Not A Court Of Law ("NACOL," "we," "us") is committed to making this website accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our Accessibility Goal
We want NACOL to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification tools, voice control, and other accessibility aids.
What We Are Doing
- Using semantic HTML structure where possible.
- Maintaining readable color contrast across core pages.
- Supporting keyboard navigation for links, buttons, and forms.
- Providing labels and instructions for forms where practical.
- Keeping page layouts responsive for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.
- Reviewing new features for accessibility issues before and after release.
Known Limitations
NACOL is a growing user-generated content platform. Some third-party tools, social sharing previews, embedded services, or user-submitted content may create accessibility barriers. We are actively improving the site and will prioritize problems that block access to core functions such as browsing cases, voting, filing a case, responding to a summons, logging in, and contacting us.
